However, when Serena learns that Villa Marchesa is set to be demolished, she finds a way to meet with the new owner, who turns out to be the person she least expects.

Along with the shocking revelation that Tenten is the new owner of Villa Marchesa, Serena notices how her ex-boyfriend has drastically changed ever since he met his biological mother. Despite this, Serena remains determined to change Tenten's mind about demolishing Villa Marchesa, but her pleas fall on deaf ears. Dodoy and Taps then come up with a way to help Serena by taking Tenten to the Marchesa farm.
