Doch auf Grund des Drogenkonsums geraten die Dinge außer Kontrolle: Ein Mädchen wird bei einer Rangelei erschossen, ein weiteres begeht Selbstmord, ein Jugendlicher fährt fahrlässig einen Mann an, und ein anderer Jugendlicher muss lebenslänglich in eine psychatrische Anstalt.
