Nick Dutt finished conventional schooling after two terms of high school and has had many different occupations since then. Everything from welding, building swimming pools, debt collection to professional tattooing, being a musician and charity work, he describes himself as a mixed bag. He was encouraged by a friend to join a casting agency around fifteen years ago and since then has worked on many television shows, including Underbelly, Neighbours, Rush, Ghostrider and more. He has also done many television commercials for companies including Hungry Jacks, Nandos, Ambulance Victoria, Excom IT and Reflex Paper to name a few. He is typically cast as a thug-like character, but he asserts that he is not a bad guy in real life. He has recently closed down his business called ‘Tatooz R Us’, which he ran for twenty-three years, as it no longer seemed to fit with his spiritual journey. Nick believes God has a purpose and a plan for him, so he is learning to surrender his will and be lead by God, wherever that may be.
