Schon bald plant Baby Doll die Flucht aus dieser alternativen Realität, doch dazu muss sie fünf Objekte stehlen, um der Gefangenschaft eines verrückten Unbekannten zu entgehen. Parallel dazu tickt auch in der realen Welt die Uhr, denn es bleiben Baby Doll nur fünf Tage, bis sie ihr Schicksal ereilen wird. Doch dann beginnen in Sucker Punch die Grenzen zwischen Traum und Realität zu verschwimmen.
