The Invincible Iron Man(TV show/series, 1966)

Tony Stark discovers that a trusted employee is stealing from him and fires him. The ex-employee becomes Jack Frost and vows revenge, but Iron Man heats him up before he can do more damage.

Happy Hogan and Pepper think that the Mandarin killed Tony Stark, but the Iron Man is alive and facing a series of death traps. The Mandarin tells Iron Man his origin, battles him and Iron Man escapes, returning as Stark to his relieved friends.

The Mandarin is a classic slant-eyed ethnic stereotype in the Fu Manchu tradition. Stark has his hands full dealing with his Asian adversary, but to make matters worse, his pals Happy and Pepper are on his case because they don't trust his bodyguard. There's plenty of combat footage between Iron Man and the Mandarin, and we find out where the Mandarin came from. Iron Man gets strapped to a spinning disk.

Tony Stark is captured by the Mandarin and the giant Ultimo, his evil Russian counterpart. He must stop them before getting back to a congressional hearing or the Senate will cancel all of Stark's industry contracts.

When military missiles begin disappearing, Iron Man allows himself to be captured by the Mandarin. He fights the Mandarin and stops the missiles from exploding.

Professor Venko, electrical genius, is in fact the feared Crimson Dynamo. Tony Stark draws Venko to the side of freedom, but the beautiful and deadly Black Widow arrives with one goal: Iron Man's death! When the Crimson Dynamo battles Iron Man and defects, the Black Widow's partner dons the Dynamo armor. The original Dynamo sacrifices his life so that Iron Man can defeat his evil counterpart.

Hawkeye decides to become a superhero, but he falls prey to the Black Widow. Hawkeye and Widow fight Iron Man, but they flee before Iron Man can stop them.

Behind the Iron Curtain, the Russians have created a suit of titanium armor worn by Commissar Bulski. Bulski challenges Iron Man to a duel on neutral ground.

Villainous Commissar Bulski creates a Titanium suit of armor, loaded with evil weapons, from magnetic beams to a disintegrator ray. Watch out! It's Iron Man versus Titanium Man... in the greatest hand to hand combat of all time!

Iron Man faces death if Happy doesn't bring him a needed component in time. Happy is wounded, but saves Iron Man's life.

The Mole Man captures Iron Man and steals an earth-digging device. Iron Man frees himself and must face a fire-breathing dragon. He defeats the monster and tricks the Mole Man into destroying the digging device.

Tony Stark is appearing before a congressional committee investigating the power of Iron Man. Before Stark can reveal anything, he has a heart attack. Eventually the newspapers let on that Stark and Iron Man are never seen together. In order to quash this rumor, Happy Hogan, Stark's assistant dons the armor. At the end of the segment the Mandarin thinking that Hogan is Iron Man, teleports him to his castle.

Happy Hogan, substituting for Stark as Iron Man, has been captured by the Mandarin, teleported to the Mandarin's castle. Although he is still recovering from his heart attack, Stark leaves the hospital and enters his factory to build a stronger than ever suit of iron armor. Before leaving, Stark records all of his secrets and leaves them on tape in case he does not return. Stark as Iron Man leaves the States in a capsule now on its way to China and the Mandarin's castle.

Stark- now in the guise of Iron Man - reaches the Mandarin's castle and battles for Happy's life.

The Chameleon and Kraven the Hunter battle Iron Man to get a new laser gun. The Chameleon convinces Iron Man that he is the real Captain America. The two heroes do battle until they realize the dupe.

Happy Hogan wraps his car around a tree. Injured, he is abducted from his hospital bed by the Black Knight for use as bait. Iron Man, in close pursuit, follows the Black Knight to his castle in order to save Happy. In a cliffhanger ending, Iron Man dangles from a stirrup at a perilous altitude.

Iron Man survives the high-altitude standoff with the Black Knight, only to get kicked around to the point of helplessness in a later fight. It's the fetching redhead Pepper who rescues him from disaster with the help of Tony Stark's zippy roadster, which Iron Man uses to recharge his battery. But in another cliffhanger ending, we wonder what's to become of Happy Hogan, about to undergo an experimental medical treatment with the Enervator.

Iron Man loses power when trying to rescue Happy from the Black Knight's mysterious castle. Happy is turned into a monster, and Iron Man must save his own life and that of his friend.

Count Nefaria causes Iron Man to believe that he is fighting the Unicorn and the Crimson Dynamo in his nightmares. Iron Man must defeat aliens from outer space to stop Nefaria.

The evil Countess is behind the Mad Thinker, who kidnaps Tony Stark. The Countess steals Iron Man's armor to defeat Titanium Man.
