Sue is forced to defend herself and the shop volunteers (Vera, Kersch and Viki) against a group of local 'troublemakers'.

A dramatic meltdown makes us aware not all members of staff are on board with Sue's 'fly on the wall' filming. We're finally given an insight into Sue’s grandiose ideas for the shop's refurbishment.
