Pen Densham (born 14 October 1947) is a British-Canadian film and television producer, writer, and director, known for writing and producing films such as Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and television revivals of The Outer Limits and The Twilight Zone, as well as writing, producing and directing MGM's Moll Flanders. ()

Pen Densham is a film and television producer, writer, and director born in England. At nineteen, he moved to Canada and became a Canadian citizen. He co-founded the Toronto-based production company Insight Productions with John Watson. The duo also founded the Trilogy Entertainment Group in Hollywood and its Canadian counterpart, Trilogy Entertainment North. Densham married and has two children with Wendy Savage.
