Jönssonligan & den svarta diamanten (English: The Johnson Gang & the Black Diamond) is a Swedish film about the gang Jönssonligan made in 1992. It's the first film not to feature the original gang leader Sickan played by Gösta Ekman. The famous theme of the previous films is also replaced by a new theme to mark the absence of Sickan. The original theme only plays briefly in a single scene. The film is loosely inspired by the film The Testament of Dr. Mabuse. ()

About The Jönsson Gang & the Black Diamond

Sickan, the leader of the criminal Jönsson gang is incarcerated in a mental institution, attended by Dr M.A. Busé, who admire a handbook in crime that Sickan has been writing. Blackmailed by the nefarious banker Wall-Enberg, Dr Busé and Sickan's partners Vanheden and Dynamite-Harry execute Sickan's plan of stealing the valuable Black Diamond of the Romanovs from the National Museum.
