Jayson is a 21 year old aspiring actor living in Los Angeles, California. His life was going smoothly until he decided to try his luck for $15,000 dollars. Jayson's new ""best friend,"" Jack, is going to make his life a living hell.
Jack first enters Jayson's life when the young, Hollywood wannabe is having lunch with his girlfriend, Michelle, and another female friend. Our man Jack regales the two real friends with extremely embarrassing and (completely made-up) stories about Jayson's youth. Jayson plays along--remember he's got to in order to win the cash--as Jack turns up the gross-out factor. Eventually, Jack gets Jayson to eat a booger off of his finger. Later, when Jayson leaves for the bathroom, Jack tells Michelle that Jayson had multiple threesomes and he is known to be unfaithful. Lindsey is a bright-eyed 20-year-old wanting to exchange her small town life for the fast pace of Hollywood. While having lunch with her friends, Jason and Scott, her new ""friend"" Greg enters her life. During their lunch, Greg really puts off Jason and Scott with his alternative, mystic ways. After a while, Greg gives Lindsey a note to read aloud to Jason and Scott. The note announces that Lindsey will be moving to Hollywood with Greg and belittles her small town friends.
Later, Greg and Lindsey arrive at their new Hollywood apartment. The apartment is furnished with brand new purple furniture. Lindsey really likes the apartment but is suddenly stressed when Greg tells her to invite Scott and Jason over to check out her new digs. Soon after, Scott and Jason arrive and immediately try to convince her that she is making a mistake. Lindsey begins to cry as Scott and Jason try to get Lindsey to change her decision. Elie is a 24-year-old, unemployed wannabe dancer living in the heart of Los Angeles who's looking to win $15,000 dollars. Neil is Elie's new ""friend"" that turns his hipster world upside down. The game begins when Neil shows up at a restaurant where Elie and a couple of his friends are having lunch. Immediately, Neil's lazy eye, weird behavior and hypochondriac ways freak out Elie's friends, Jesse and Laura.
After lunch, Neil takes Elie, Jesse and Laura to Elie's new place of employment, which just happens to be an establishment that features exotic male dancers. Elie gets dressed up and begins to perform for his pals. Eventually, Jesse and Laura are thoroughly disturbed and walk out of the bar. With the help of Neil, Elie has seriously strained the friendship he has with the Jesse and Laura.
Later, Elie invites some close friends over for a little get-together. Ryan, Karen and Avele arrive at the house and Neil greets them. Soon after, Neil turns the casual get-together into a bizarre

Krystal's new ""friend"" Darby arrives at Krystal's house. Immediately, Darby excitedly requests to go shopping with Krystal, her aunt and mom.
While at an exclusive clothing boutique in Newport Beach, Darby stuffs a T-Shirt into Krystal's purse. Darby suddenly yells ""Run! Krystal, run!"" Krystal and Darby race out of the store and set off the shoplifting alarm, leaving Krystal's aunt and mom in shock.
Afterwards at Krystal's house, Krystal and Darby talk about the day's events and the events to come. Krystal is very upset over how the game is unfolding. Later, a group of Krystal's male friends come over for dinner. During dinner, Darby starts beat boxing and makes Krystal perform some embarrassing rap lyrics: ""I'm a Krystal in heat, I freak without warning. Got an appetite for lovin', cause me so horny."" Soon after, Krystal and Darby get into a very heated argument. Krystal's friends look on with much discomfort.

Angela is a 22-year-old control freak living in Los Angeles. She will be competing for $15,000 dollars as soon as she meets her new ""friend"" C.J. C.J. first enters Angela's life while she is having lunch with her friends Dave and Kristen. C.J. sits down at the table and immediately weirds out Kristen by asking her if she's into the ""dirty dirty."" Angry at C.J., Dave and Kristen leave the lunch table.
Later, Angela meets up with one of her oldest friends, Jenny, for dinner. C.J. joins Angela and Jenny and immediately hints to Jenny that they wish to make love to her. Angela becomes embarrassed as C.J. continues to suggest to Jenny that they engage in a ""three way."" Afterwards, Kristen's ex-boyfriend Mike joins them. C.J. commands Angela to tell Mike the name of Kristen's new boyfriend. Upon hearing it, Mike begins to cry. C.J. tries to console Mike, but only results in angering in him.
The next day, Angela's boyfriend Matt comes over to visit. Their private romantic moment is quickly in

Erika, while having a bite to eat with her friend Ross, meets her so called new ""friend"" Frankie. Frankie is an obnoxious L.A. rocker in the fictional band ""Death Envy."" Immediately Frankie begins playing air guitar and screaming lyrics to his songs. Erika begins to feel embarrassed and wishes that their meal would come to a quick end. Frankie offers to pay for their food with his credit card. Unfortunately, Frankie's credit card is declined and Ross is left to pick up the tab. Frankie and Erika enjoy a miserable drive home from the restaurant after sticking Ross with the bill.
Later, Erika invites some friends over to her place for the evening. With all of Erica's friends present, Frankie begins to play more ""Death Envy"" songs on an acoustic guitar. Afterwards, Frankie rudely asks all of Erica's friends to leave. Erika's friends clear out of the apartment. Erika, extremely angry at Frankie, yells at him for being so rude to her friends. Jason's so-called ""friend"" Pauline shows up at Jason's house, saying that she's an old friend from New Orleans. His friends Kien and Eric are already there and are shocked that they haven't heard of Pauline before. Pauline then asks Jason to massage her feet in front of Kien and Eric. Pauline's antics really disturb Kien and Eric. Eventually, the two friends have enough and take off.
Jason and Pauline head out to lunch with Ameerah, Jason's crush. Pauline dishes to Ameerah about how Jason is obsessed with her, totally in love and drinks squirrel blood to try and make Ameerah love him back. Ameerah is totally freaked out, and Jason is furious with Pauline for spoiling his chances with Ameerah.
The next morning, Jason and Pauline wake up to find the front lawn covered with Pauline's old furniture. She said it was sent from New Orleans and it will have to be moved into the house. Luckily, Jason's god sister, Chamika, arrives just in time to help. She can't figure out who this Pauline-girl

Teri is a 22-year-old Los Angeles teacher with a lot of attitude. Her new ""friend"" Pauline is a self-proclaimed clairvoyant that can read people's auras and talk to dead relatives. Teri first meets Pauline while she is having lunch with a friend at an outdoor cafe. When Pauline shakes Teri's friend's hand, she feels bad vibes coming from her. Pauline then asks Teri to meet her inside. While inside, Pauline tells Teri that her friend is transmitting bad energy and they need to leave immediately. As Pauline and Teri drive away, Teri's friend is left to pay the bill.
Over the next couple of hours, Pauline, with her weird psychic demeanor, succeeds in alienating Teri from her best friend, cousin and uncle. Later, Pauline asks Teri to climb into a dumpster and search for a broken vase that Pauline had thrown out. Teri reluctantly climbs into the dumpster and begins searching.
