Once called the “Travel Master” Kyoka Takase was transferred to a different office after a conflict with her superior. In the past, Kyoka was an excellent employee at travel agency Sunset Tours. She was called the "legendary travel master," but a conflict with her boss led to her transfer to a free department. Now, Kyoka works at a branch office for Sunset Tours in Kyoto. She teams up with rookie employee Ichiro and divorced taxi driver Tetsuo. Tetsuo is familiar with the roads in Kyoto.

Unbeknownst to her husband, a housewife in an unhappy marriage goes on a "breakup tour" in Kyoto hosted by a famous fortune teller and conducted by Satake. But the husband catches wind of his wife's plan to break up their marriage through supernatural means and tries to stop her, since he's still deeply in love with his wife. Kyoka agrees to help him by infiltrating the tour herself so she can find out the wife's side of it.

Satake is in trouble with the boss again when the spouse-hunting tour he's in charge of is a romantic bust thanks to the mood-killing antics of one of the participants. Unfortunately, the culprit is a repeat customer too, so Satake goes to Kyoka for help. Eventually, they realize that their troublemaking client isn't what he appears to be... and he's not alone!

Satake gets the first opportunity to create a tour plan from scratch for two clients, a father and daughter, but the challenge is the father is a blind curmudgeon. Nevertheless, the boss demands Satake get an A rating at the end or else he'll be transferred to the "disposal station" downstairs with Kyoka and the others. And speaking of which, Kyoka refuses to help out this time, making the demotion a likely prospect!
