Unpronounceable Productions was set up to oversee production for the show since the first season. A multinational ensemble cast starring Brian Jacob Smith, Jamie Clayton, Tuppence Middleton, Toby Onwumere, Doona Bae, Tina Desai, Max Riemelt, Miguel Ángel Silvestre portray the suddenly connected strangers. Onwumere replaced season 1 star Aml Ameen, who left the show in March 2016 during its filming. Freema Agyeman, Terrence Mann, Anupam Kher, Naveen Andrews, Daryl Hannah also star.
