Electric City is an American animated post-apocalyptic science fiction web series created by Tom Hanks for Yahoo! Screen. Cleveland Carr pays a visit to one of the City's most unsavory characters.

The Wave Unit Revolution commences - a warning in the North Sky ensures the city will never be the same.
