As the cartoon progresses, Casper constantly forgets he does not possess his powers, which angers those he tries to help. Eventually he manages to scare a group of ghosts and regain his powers. Note: Only time Casper is powerless. First of two shorts directed by Seymour Kneitel and Izzy Sparber. Opening scene from "Casper Takes a Bow-Wow" was reused.
