Sebastian Spence(born December 9, 1969)is a Canadian actor best known for his roles as Cliff Harting on Hallmark's series Cedar Cove (2013-2015), and as Cade Foster in theSpace Channelscifi series,First Wave(1998–2001).His first on-camera role was in the second part of the Canadian TV miniseries, The Boys of St. Vincent.His next role was in the trilogy ofA Family of CopsTV movies withCharles Bronson, playing Eddie Fein the younger son of Bronson's character. His first leading role was as Cade Foster, in theSpace Channel(and laterSci-Fi Channel) original series,First Wave, which ran between 1998 and 2001. He later played the role of Cliff Harting on theHallmark ChanneldramaCedar Cove, between 2013 and 2015.
