Loni Peristere

Loni Peristereis an Americantelevision director,producer, and formervisual effects supervisor. He is well known for his work on theStarzdramaBanshee; and for theFXanthology seriesAmerican Horror Story. He began his career as a visual effects coordinator for the 1997Tommy Lee JonesstarrerVolcano. He worked in the department on future films, such asCinderella,Serenity, Beyond, andOne Day Like Rain. He worked in special effects for TV seriesBuffy the Vampire Slayer,Angel,Firefly, andDrive.In 2014, Peristere segued into direction. Helming and producing multiple episodes ofStarz'sBanshee.That same year he began directing for FX'sAmerican Horror Story. He is the co-founder of visual effects studioZoic.
