Kanthaswamy(Movie, 2009)

Kanthaswamy is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language superhero film directed by Susi Ganesan. The film stars Vikram as the titular character, with Prabhu, Shriya Saran, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mukesh Tiwari, Krishna and Vadivelu appearing in supporting roles. The film was dubbed in Telugu as Mallanna with Vadivelu's scenes reshot with Brahmanandam. The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The film was released on 21 August 2009 and received mixed reviews and became a flop at the box office. It was remade in Bangladesh as Most Welcome, starring Ananta Jalil and Barsha. ()
