Driving down a dark country road, Niall picks up a strange man who's cradling a mysterious cardboard box.
You have probably heard of the phrase “to think outside the box”? Well, this is a film about such a box and the flat-headed creatures that live inside of it. Life in the Box is boring and miserable. Until one day a new baby boy starts to grow in the middle of the Box! This boy is very different from other flat-headed inhabitants of the Box. He’s happy, lively and curious. As the boy grows bigger and bigger, the flat-headed neighbours are becoming more and more annoyed with him. Until one day when he literally grows over their heads.

This animation tells the story of Ismael 'Izzy' Nazario and the time he spent in solitary confinement in New York City's Rikers Island jail. This story is based on an investigation by The Center for Investigative Reporting and was created using real audio from an interview with Nazario. Featuring music from Mos Def.
A grenade fired from a nearby hill kills the parents of a ten year old boy during the siege of Sarajevo in 1992. The Boy looses his ability to speak. A lady neighbor adopts and takes care of him. The Boy is thrown out from his destroyed apartment and begins to prowl around the city with a schoolmate. Too early and too soon, he goes through the process of growing up. He learns the meanings of such words as force, death, sex. He learns how to achieve. He learns about the values. He learns what matters the most. The Lady neighbor that takes care of him tries to shelter him and protect him. Unsuccessfully. The Boy rides to fall. Death and suffering become more frequent, and more severe. When the Lady neighbor's teenage son is killed by a sniper as a collateral damage, she then rejects the Boy. The Boy escapes the siege, and shoots from a cannon at the city.Fifteen years later, the Boy - now twenty five - and the Lady neighbor meet again. They are united in pain and suffering.

A guy has to move out in a day, completely unprepared, and drive his mum to the airport. Completely stressed out, he calls his friends for help. Short notice however results in all his friends making it with an agenda of their own.
A withering craftsman caters to the requests of iron ore. He breathes life into them as he listens to their wishes. His most prominent creation, a traveling box, wanders the landscape, following railroad tracks, collecting the memories of people. In this harsh world, life is dwindling and the craftsman designs machines to assist life, even that of a tree. The craftsman is more than a creator as he helps maintain the machines. As his life dwindles, so do the lives of these machines.
Mike (Greg David Shore) is a down and out playwright struggling to finish his first opus all the while longing for fame and fortune in the big city. With his dutiful actress girlfriend Toni (Honor Moor) by his side they strike out to seek fortune and fame in a small theater run by the ominous rheater director known simply as "The Man" (Scott Schiaffo/Clerks/Vulgar) "The Man" plays on their fears and desire for fame and fortune, he offers a sure fire elixir for success, but it comes with a very dear price, once you delve into "THE BOX", your soul will be lost. What price would you pay for fame & fortune?
