Und als wäre die eigene Familie nicht schon genug Ballast, muss Adam auch noch die gutgemeinten Erziehungsratschläge von Marie ertragen, deren Kinder die gleiche Schule wie Adams besuchen. Wertvoll sind allerdings die Tipps von Hausmann Lowell, der schon seit einigen Jahren weiß, wie man(n) einen Haushalt schmeißt. Im Laufe der Zeit mischt sich auch Joe), Adams bissiger Vater, in die Erziehungsarbeit und die Ehe seines Sohnes ein.

Natürlich sagt Ryuuichi zu und die Kinderkrippe wird sowohl für ihn, als auch für Kotarou ein Ort, der ihnen hilft, ihr Leben wieder zu normalisieren und neue Freundschaften zu schließen.
