A super delinquent school located in the middle of the entertainment district of Hakata, Kyushu, where fear and violence reign supreme, is the private Chushu Kogyo Gakuen High School. Aizome Akira, a transfer student with confidence in his skills and courage, sees a man in the school, a second year student named Fudo. Fudo is a handsome boy with cool eyes, but he is the leader of the Fudo family, a subordinate group of the Nioukai, Kyushu's largest crime syndicate.
The story of Fudoh II concerns a group of delinquent high school girls who decide they will take over organized crime in Tokyo's Shinjuku district. Their method is simple: murdering as many mobsters as possible.
Riki Fudoh ist Schüler und Gangsterboss zugleich. Seine aus mordlustigen Kindern(!) und Stripperinnen bestehende Privat-Armee kontrolliert nicht nur die Schule, sondern soll ihn im Kampf gegen seinen eigenen Vater unterstützen, der einst Fudohs Bruder umbringen ließ. Um Fudoh zu eliminieren, schleust Papa seinerseits einen als Lehrer getarnten Killer in die High School ein, dessen Methoden denen Fudohs in Sachen Brutalität in nichts nachstehen...
