Guy verliebt sich in Millys Avatar Molotovgirl, doch die Tatsache, dass sich ein NPC merkwürdig verhält, bleibt den Köpfen hinter dem Spiel natürlich nicht verborgen. Der Publisher Antwan möchte „Free City“ abschalten und nun ist es an Guy, sich und die anderen Videospielfiguren zu retten.
