Their efforts aren't just charitable; if they fail, they will share Twain's fate. Along the way, they use a magical time portal to get a detailed overview of the Twain philosophy, observing the "historical" events that inspired his works.

And it requires a plan of attack and all four comrades to regain Toad Hall.

Der Eisbärenvater gibt später zu, dass er gerne Steaks esse. Die Gürteltiere sehen den Zoo positiv, während ein brasilianischer Puma sich auf einem entrindeten Baum in seinem Käfig liegend beschwert, dass das Essen nicht wie Fleisch, sondern wie Hundefutter aussehe, er mehr Platz und Sonne braucht und Blüten bei ihm Heuschnupfen verursachen. Ein junges Nilpferd beschwert sich, dass die Käfige zu eng und zu schmutzig seien und auch die Schildkröten geben zu, bereits besser gewohnt zu haben. Die extrem weitsichtige Koaladame hingegen fühlt sich sicher und gut beschützt. Der Puma stellt am Ende fest, dass er nur noch in ein wärmeres Land möchte, egal welches man ihm nennt, er würde hingehen.
